They look good, great job!

And yay for another LA native going to PR! I'm going to try to stock up on HP-related knitting before then, too.. I'm determined to come up with something that can be worn in May!

Those are pretty sweet. They look like they are nice and snug in the finger area. What pattern did you use?

they only look snug because i put them on my mom's hands for taking pictures. my hands are quite a bit smaller. they fit my hands perfectly.

i made up my own pattern. it's simple.
K1P1 ribbing 5 rounds
knit 15 rounds of grey
knit 1 round gold
knit 2 rounds maroon
knit 1 round gold
knit 15 rounds of grey
save 10 stitches of grey to waste yarn
knit 5 more rounds of the grey yarn(excluding the stitches of grey on the waste yarn)
K1P1 ribbing 5 rounds
Bind off.
knit 5 rounds for thumb hole on the part you saved on the waste yarn. then bind off

tada! simple. i don't know if that's even how you knit fingerless gloves but that's how i made mind.

hope it helps :)

that does seem nice and simple, thank you! I was thinking about making a modified Cigar or Knucks from knitty, but yours seems infinitely easier!
