They did. I like the people. Though honestly, I'm still not entirely sure what I'm doing.

Good! And don't worry about not knowing what you're doing yet! It always takes me time to settle into new situations-get the lay of the land, figure out what I'm doing and how to do it best. Just takes time and I know you'll do great:)
