It happened before you arrived. The whole city was over run with ghosts.

Now they were annoying.

They were human, inside the city they just kept staring at you all the time. Some wrote stuff on the walls that couldn't be removed and...stuff like that.

The real problem was some people were forced to leave and find this girl outside the city...most of them died, but once they brought the girl back to the scientists the ghosts vanished.
