...is that what this is about? Surprisingly, your wrong. This collar thing happens to be a device I just recently removed from a new arrival. I'm attempting to reverse engineer it to see if there are any useful components for other devices.

I don't know what I could 'pay up' with. I don't exactly have anything you could want.
