Indeed. It's times like these I wish for an efficient force... perhaps things would not have reached the level they are at now. To see so many dying with the population as it is... it's both shameful and tragic. We were clearly unprepared for a disaster of this magnitude.

We can't prevent people from wanting to fight, but we can aid them from getting themselves killed.

It's pretty moot now that things have reached this point, but the Police Force could have moved faster. Half the city was already out in the streets before I saw a single one of them on the network. Not impressed.

There was severe miscommunication, as seems to be the constant problem in this situation. Had I been close to my communicator at the time this began, I would have announced something earlier.

However, there are still people who haven't made any sort of move, and those are the ones I was directing the message towards.
