Oh, wow, add another arrow to the angry, ranty quiver I dip into whenever someone mentions the word "Scientology."

Also, a sign that Federal Courts has totally broken me is how I want to look over this case and see how the Supremes would inevitably throw it out on standing grounds.

I haven't read the background yet; are the special deductions for Scientologists something akin to the insanity plea in criminal law?
