that's pretty crazy, but good luck.

bodies are so weird. I get migraines because all the muscles in my back are out of whack due to poor posture, and I can't maintain good posture because my core muscles are so weak, and I can't even fix that because I'm twenty and beyond out of shape that going up 10 stairs leaves me out of breath. HAH. take THAT!

Make sure that when you get your new orthotics, you only wear them for 30 minutes A DAY for at least a month. Then move up to 45 min to an hour a day for a few weeks. Your body has gotten used to "moving" with improper gait, and you can't just correct it by putting orthotics in. However, after about 2-3 months of breaking them in, you will feel MUCH better. I can talk to you about all of my back issues when we are at DB and Da's--but the short version is that I am SO much better than I was at the beginning of the summer. I can even run for short distances now. But, I hate running, so I am not really pushing that too much!
