Thanks for posting! The best part for me is where she illustrates how something as simple as registering a marriage has become so entangled in a whole series of other govt efforts. It makes it more difficult to change one aspect because of the domino effect on all the interlocking connections.

Nancy Polikoff was my Civil Procedure I & II professor. I wrote a paper on same-sex marriage while in law school. The DOMA is an unconstitutional crock.
