This morning I was trying to clip Drew's fingernails, and he squirmed, and I took a chunk of the pad of his left index finger off. It bled like crazy. And he wasn't too thrilled with getting cut, either, shockingly. That pretty much put the cap on a pretty terrible night. He just refused to nap yesterday, so he was insanely overtired, which

We had the same experience several times with Molly :(

I kept telling her "get used to this baby, the days of mani-pedi's are comin!"

It's only just now started getting easier.

I tell you what, clipping little kids' fingernails is one of the bad parts of being a parent. Somehow I have been designated the one person responsible for that job...everyone else refuses to do it (even the grandparents). Luckily, I have only drawn blood once so far and it was just a little bit, but I really hate doing it.

Cullen also refused to nap yesterday which made for a cranky guy pretty much all day yesterday. No fun!

Aw man. I haven't cut Jack yet but he still squirms like mad when I'm trying to cut them, which isn't often enough, which is why the little dude's got razor sharp claws. Not fun.
