oh god I don't.. do anything special, either sharpen or smart sharpen and I usually reduce it a bit idk if I do tutorials people will know I don't actually know what I'm doing shhhh

I don't think your icons are too blurry!! but playing with sharpening is cool, it can help with the atmosphere of the icon! so anyway yay I'm glad :DDDD
