Ray looked around at the bushes and bare, harsh ground, looking for any sign of Walt.

The voice boomed around him, the same voice that had spoken from behind him throughout the invasion.

"If you surrender Ray, I won't hurt him, is all this worth losing Walt, Ray?"

"Trombley you motherfucker! You hurt him and I will rip your balls of and feed them to a fucking dog while you watch, then I will kill you slowly and make fucking sure you feel every fucking second! You will not win!"

Walt was everything to Ray, and Ray would find a way to get Walt back, unharmed, and a way to make Trombley pay for the living hell Ray was in right now.

It's the fingers biting into his biceps that makes Ray shout. His lungs burn, and it's not just from exertion or from days and hours of talking at a break neck speed because he had to do something.

But because he's so fucking angry; rage that was coiled so tight within him for all of these weeks breaking it's way through and now all he wants is to break Fruity Rudy's goddamned face.

Ray's skin itches and it doesn't feel settled right on his bones, his muscles are someone else's muscles and if these hand on his arms don't let him go he'll tear them to shreds too; he'll tear the grass up from the ground and he'll pound each set of teeth on the faces over everyone around into their faces because otherwise he might just slip. He might just fall off the brink and become as bat shit crazy as everyone thinks he already is.

"Crossword?" Walt asks, peering over Ray's shoulder. He can feel the heat coming off Ray against his bare chest and he slides his hand down over his exposed skin to dip his fingers under the hem of his ridiculous pink briefs.

"Need a six letter word for 'get on dick'" Ray nods and lifts his coffee cup to his mouth. He makes a show of being nonchalant but he jerks his hips up into Walt's searching fingers.

"How about please?" the kiss is soft, slantwise, and bitter with coffee.

Sometimes Ray thinks all the sex is going to kill him. It was fine when it was just Brad (if by fine you mean fucking explosive, homes), and even when they included Walt it was still bearable (although Ray did develop an obscene Red Bull addiction because for a little corn-fed country hick Walt was one kinky motherfucker with an unknown level of stamina), but then Nate somehow took control of their little threesome and suddenly Ray was fearing for his life
