Everyone who pre-ordered through Amazon got their book early. I opted for one-day shipping & received mine last Wednesday. :)

Awesome. Man, if I knew this sooner I would have totally ordered when it was first available for preorder!

I'd gotten my email on August 25th, which was the first day they were available to ship. Since I had one-day, I got it the 26th.

My pre-order was in existence since April. ;)

Got mine through pre-ordering on Amazon but I forgot to cancel it when I bought my tickets to the anniversary show event.

So someone asked me to get my copy signed for her at the post-show thing.

I walk up to Alton, with both books in hand, and he promptly asks how I got a copy of a book that hadn't been released yet. I squeaked out I had it pre-ordered for months on Amazon. He grinned at me then said something about them getting part of the early run.
