Ok, I have to get this off my chest: I don't think he'd have scored that goal in Italy. I don't think he'd ever have had that much space to take a touch and turn, and I honestly think that, against at least half the keepers, it'd have been saved. It really bugs me that he and certain fans are going around all "IF ONLY HE'D GOTTEN HIS CHANCE AT INTER, HE'D HAVE DONE THAT ALL THE TIME," because a)he did, and b)he wouldn't.

Oh, dear. *huggles* No, I don't think he'd have done it here, he needed to feel confident again, to try and do it for real. Here in Italy not only that shot would probably be saved, but he probably wouldn't have had the space he had there to move and turn and practically do whatever the fuck he wanted XD
This said, I think it's great he scored again ♥ If he only manages to be confident like he was in 2003-04 again, then there's a possibility he could be back to who he really was and how he really played, which is something I miss because, really, I loved how he played before I loved him. And I don't know what he said about this goal, but I'm sure he was terrified while shooting and totally astonished when he scored, so it's okay for him to be a little amped up, isn't it? XD *cuddles Martha and throws gum balls to stupid supporters*

*hugs back* Thank you for understanding, I'm having a really hard time having a positive attitude about this, which is very lame of me. He definitely has the right to be all amped (though badge kissing, as usual, is incredibly lame when you've JUST GOT THERE *rolls eyes at him and Zlatan and Max*) -- I will try very hard to just be happy for him, and ignore his fans when they try to piss me off. *g*
