I loved this. This line was one of my fav's - 'being grown up and mature is a killjoy' - so true Draco!

Haha, I think that applies to more than a few people...

Aw, this is - dare I say it? - adorable. It hits that certain snarky/warm/nurturing tone that comes out when you write Draco/Teddy fic. Your Draco is, as always, spot on and running this fic. Enchanted with his reluctant character growth. And I love the internal/external three year theme. Very clever. And this line, “I was actually wondering where you were. It wouldn’t be a tradition without you.” could pertain to certain people in RL as well.

A fantastic, funny, wonderful gift of a fic. Thank you for saving the best for last. *hugs you* I miss your Draco. *hugs your Draco*

I've always thought Draco would be a great uncle - he is a child still in many ways after all. *snickers*

I was actually going to use the three year theme...but with yarn. Year 1: Weasley-like sweater, Year 2: scarf, Year 3: fingerless gloves...haha.

I'm glad you like your gift - I thought you would like this best. :)

Too true. I think it is the child in you (the HUGE child in you) that brings out such a realistic ring to our Slytherin uncle. Have you noticed how succinct your writing has become over the years?

Hehe to the fingerless mittens and the yarn theme! Good thing you decided to go with your current theme. It would take me a hell of a long time to knit a Weasley sweater. *g*

No, I don't like it. I LOVE it!

Haha, I can related to him and his dislike of children, can't I?

Well, you mean, my writing has been succinct other than the epic? Probably your fault. Actually, I think I may like to plan it out more. There *is* one big difference: instead of keeping in things I waver about or even like but feel don't quite fit, I just cut it out.

Haha, yeah, fingerless gloves! For a Weasley sweater, you would have had to make it purposefully lumpy!

You know, your gifts were in order too - though I don't know if purposefully so.

So, zomg, I just noticed as I was going to post a Boyd icon that my extra userpics have expired and only ONE Boyd icon has survived the massacre. I thought they would have deleted my recent ones but I guess it's the old ones instead!
