Accounts are free, Hon. The only thing you pay for is converting real dollars into Linden Dollars, which then are used to purchase property and items other people make. The conversion is something likw 220 Linden Dollars = $1. The money I have was accrued simply by existing in the right place at the right time, and I've paid absolutely nothing for it. At the moment I have less than .25 earned from time spent in Second Life, and I've not paid a dime.
