Looking for story where Neal is kidnapped by his father FOUND
I seem to have been posting this question in the wrong place.
I read a story a while ago which seemed to be mostly through Satchmo's eyes. Neal is brought home from the hospital but is suffering from sever trauma. He had been kidnapped by his father (before Sam/James) who was a gun runner, and for some reason tortured and drugged into oblevion. Kellar had escaped and so Peter was looking at him as the kidnapper. In order to get Peter off his trail, Kellar rescued Neal and returned him as a "favor."
