I'm 99% sure that the boy's outfit in 1 is by fakepeeps7 on MTS. I know the mesh is hers, but I'm not entirely sure the brown bear recolor is.

The woman's hair is Helga, who no long has a site.
You can find her hair, this one in particular is "Hair 66", here at the Sims 2 Graveyard.
