Hack for AL neighbours

Does anyone know of a specific hack for Apartment Life that deals with the bladder/hygiene motives for apartment neighbours? I'm finding that my sims are peeing themselves continuously and smelling like crap 24/7 (clogging their memories with rubbish). It's absolutely ridiculous. Pescado's hack helps quite a lot with this. In fact, as long as the apartments are furnished properly, you'll hardly see the neighbours at all (unless you go to visit), as their apartment will fulfill all their needs.

Thanks. I'll have to check my hacks folder because I'm sure I have this. If so it would seem something else is conflicting with it because my neighbours are behaving ridiculously (and they're mostly my own playables as I tend to fill whole apartment houses with my own families).

I actually don't have that problem with my apartment neighbours, NPC or playable ones. Is it specific to playable neighbours (other household on the same lot)? If anything, I find it hard to interact with them because most of the time, they're at work or locked inside their apartments and not in the mood to come out.
Do you use this hack: http://www.modthesims.info/d/299586? I do, and my neighbours behave :p Then, I use a lot of hacks so I can't be sure it's because of that one.

I'm quite sure I already have this installed. Looking at the list I'm not having issues with any of the other fixes. Maybe another hack is messing with it? Ugh!

Maybe redownload it, to make sure you have the latest version (this may sound like stupid advice, but I've found it to be relevant with MATY ^^).
In the Alfixes topic, a problem similar to yours is mentioned page 6: http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php/topic,12892.msg376601.html#msg376601 but JMP didn't feel like sharing the solution at that specific moment. Maybe in the Director's cut?

If you do have ALfixes installed, does your apartment have bathrooms and showers in the npc apartments, or in a communal area? They may just have no where to get clean.

Most of my apartments are my playable families. They're fully furnished apartments, although when they're not the apartment I'm playing their apartment looks empty, which I presume is just an ordinary game thing.
