It's a Star Trek skintone and I think the species is called a Trill? (Not real clear on all my ST terms). I don't know where to get it, but that should help you search! If all else fails, I think I have it in my game and I can pack it up for you.

I just googled it,
and it actually came up,it says its a skitone by Genensims, im looking on the website for Genensims and i cant seem to find it.

Maybe it's engram_au's edited version. I had totally forgotten about it, which is dumb, because I know I looked at it a couple weeks ago. :P
