I can't get images up on MTS today, but try searching under "medieval" there. I have almost the same dress, and got it there where it was part of a medieval theme. Mine has a little pouch on the belt, so it's not identical, but it could be part of the same set. The hair, I don't know (as MTS won't load images for me :P )

Looks like the textures may have been borrowed but the mesh is different (different sleeves).

The hair might be a recolor of a swim/sleep cap on All About Style:

I think antimaccassar is onto something, it may be an unreleased item by Sunni.

I have a feeling that the dress is also by Sunni, and its possible that the hair is an unreleased creation by her. I would comment on MTS and ask if no one else can find it.
