WCIF hack to prevent witches from visiting community lots

Bad witches really annoy me. Every time when they visit community lots my sims run outside to squash their roaches. It seems they appear on community lots only to create some mess and summon their stuff.
I think I've seen this hack on mts but can't find this anymore. Can anyone help me to find this? please :)

I don't know, I just delete them when I don't want them (boolprop dormspecifictoolsdisabled false + moveobjects on; of course, I use aliases so I don't have to type all that every time).

Stops the witch from making the grand entrance but you will still occasionally get the witch walking past on a comm lot so your sims can still greet them and make friends if you want them to. They won't summon roaches or lightning or the sparkly light or anything, though. They just walk from one portal to the other like any other walk-by.
