I had a successful teen pregnancy using The Sim Blender. It's not perfect by any means - I impregnated the sim with the hack, but her pregnancy wouldn't last until I set her to Independent Teen using the aging options - but it's better than nothing.

I haven't used this hack much, but the Sim Manipulator is supposed to be even better than InSimenator. If any hack should allow you to make teens pregnant, it would probably be this one.

By the ways, both of these hacks are compatible with Squinge's mod.

The Laden Swallow seems to be gone so you are unlikely to find a download of Dizzy's hack unless someone uploads it for you.

Try loading Squinge's hack after InTeen. I've heard that this makes it compatible and seems to be the solution most often offered to people with AL installed.

I uploaded the version of pregnant sims wear any outfit that I use a while ago, it's still in my mediafire account so I'll link you.
but it's been so long ago that I downloaded it, that I have no idea how many versions of it there are, I have all expansions and inteen and it works perfectly for me.

Thanks for asking this; I had the same problem and just decided to uninstall InTeen because I preferred being able to use the Preg Sims Wear Any Outfit mod.

I've been using the Insimenator's wardrobe option to do this for all of my Simming life and it's never given me a second's grief. I've always had Inteen installed as well.
