Here's a picture I got from SimsCave; it was used in a posebox preview. I poked around both SimsCave and some Asian sites (despite them being entirely in Chinese/Korean) but I couldn't find what I was looking for...

As per the rules, please ensure that you search thoroughly before posting a wcif - both using the tags/search function here and via google etc. This accessory could have easily been found using tags here as it is listed under the winter theme and was featured in our winter weekly finds.
