I don't think its that your google-fu is weak, its largely that nothing like this has really been made - yet. I've been watching friends play games like Mass Effect and wondering why no one has been doing any conversions for TS3 from there, myself. ;)
There's possibly some items coming out of the current asian creators craze of converting items from MMOs to the sims - though its mostly TS2 objects atm.
In the meantime, perhaps you could request some TS3 clothing makers and see if they're willing to convert some of the items available at Synaptic Sims Lair?
