Okay, I've been searching like mad, but have yet to find anything for TS2

I just use the "pregnant sims wear any outfit" hack for my preggo medieval sims. There isn't much for maternity wear otherwise. Iamliz on MTS2 has pregnancy morphs on her medieval clothes so the sims still look pregnant in her stuff. I use the medieval PJs from All About Style and they work on pregnant gals too.
