Sims 2 food

Hello!

A while back I had gone through nearly everything on the Booty and came across a site that had a bunch of different foods that your Sims could make and eat. I thought that I had downloaded a bunch of them, but the only one that works is the fried eggs

They're Exnem's food files, and I don't know about the booty but you can get them off the Sims Cave.

I believe this is what you're after?

That's exactly it! I checked out the link you gave me, plus I went back to the booty, and sure enough, I found Exnem's files! Thank you SO much! =D

If you're looking for even more breakfast options I can recommend eris3000 and these by bienchen83. Now that I've gone through all of those delicious looking meals I've gotten hungry myself! *LOL*

Whether or not a food that you download works is dependent on your Sims cooking skill- this includes custom foods- so some stuff like Steak (one of the custom foods by Eris3000 at MTS) isn't available until you have a relatively high cooking skill while others like Bacon and Eggs are available early on. Also with a lot of Exnems's (I am assuming this is the section of the Booty you got these from)foods they are found under "Kitchen/Misc and are already made- all you have to do is go into Buy Mode, purchase them and put them on a table.

Even my max cooking level Sims were only getting the fried eggs option, so I guess I just didn't have the files downloaded correctly or something. Thanks for the tip about the Buy Mode! I certainly did find a lot of the 'missing' ones there, though not all of them. Some of them must be hidden in obscure folders.

Thanks for your help!
