Does anyone know where I can find this outfit-

I can't recall seeing it before, you could just find a mesh with a pregnancy morph, or redo it on a maxis mesh (depending how it was made) and use these mesh replacements http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,77278.0.html

Most communities have a request section. You could look around and post it to see if anyone is interested in making one.
