Haus Von Spooks has a variety of steampunk clothing, although they do lack the gothic/cyber element you're looking for.

Violet Placebo has just uploaded two sets of post-apocalyptic clothing to her LJ, which are pretty much a mixture of some of the style you're looking for too.
