Those are from the Open For Business EP, I believe.

The doors and windows are from the EP, but the recolors aren't.

Blacky's has white recolors for that set, there may be some on MTS as well

For the windows. Switch the sub category to doors and they doors on page 2

Hi,

It looks off-white, but maybe it`s a matter of walls or the yellowish lighting.

These two recolors sets I personally use, maybe you find them nice enough:
