The Bush administrations sent terror suspects to Libya for interrogation, despite that country's reputation for torture, according to documents found in the abandoned office of Libya's spy chief. It takes a lot to surprise me, but I'm honestly surprised by this. Not the torture, no, sadly that's something I long ago came to expect from the Bush administration. But I'm surprised that the US government had a connection like this to the Libyan government. What were they (Bush's advisors) thinking?
