Farfarello and Schuldig Cosplay

My friend Laina convinced me to cosplay as Farfie with her as Schu over the summer. I'd never actually seen the show, so I watched it after that. The show was enjoyable (for all the wrong reasons, it's a pretty terrible show overall XD), but I was happy to learn that Schuldig and Farfarello actually wound up being my favorite characters. And then I was infinitely happy to find that there was a huge fanbase for Weiss, with lots of awesome stuff.

Anyway, here's pics, from a couple of different cons. :D

These pictures came out really cool, especially since they were just taken in a parking lot.

Also, I accidentally was "Steampunk Farfie" because I was going to a steampunk event in the evening after wearing Farfarello. Normally, I use my own hair for my steampunk costumes, but since it was all smooshed from being under a wig all day, and my character already has scars, I just kept on the wig and scars from Farfie. The resulting effect was actually pretty cool, I think. :)

My friend Laina and I have a pretty warped sense of humor. So of course, stuff like this happens:

In case you're wondering, we entering some stuff into a "keyboard Cat" artshow and I wanted to make some macaroni artwork, hence the elbows. Also, the girls photobombing us in the background have officially made this one of my favorite cosplay photos ever. X3

Intently working on my "Keyboard Cat in SPACE" art. And just in case you're wondering what the heck I'm talking about, Keyboard Cat: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J---aiyznGQ

Schuldig and Luffy hard at work.

I think the funniest thing that happened while we were wearing these was the random girl that came up to us, waggled her finger and said, "You can't fool ME, Schwarz, I see through your disguises!" And while the original intent wasn't that we were Schwarz in disguise, that was what decided we were thereafter, and that we were on a mission to infiltrate Mexico, and blend in with the locals.

DAT ASS.

ROMANCE.

Farfarello likes to show his romantic side by awkwardly touching teeth.

As an added bonus, a girl in Artist Alley had a sign saying that she would "Draw Anything for $5", so I had this commissioned. X3
