Hello Cherubs!

Trying to get things together for this move is a tad overwhelming.  I have started to pack…which is a GREAT thing.  I still have a lot to do.  I do have a rental truck FINALLY.  I feel like I am getting raped, but at least they are being a tad gentle by giving me a $139.15 discount.

I have so much I want to do before I leave Indy, ( Read more... )

i really felt that movie was a trainwreck. the editing has horrible and everyone looked uncomfortable and much like they didn't know what they were doing. oh well...glad i saw it anyway :)

Funny...the editing that did REALLY make me laugh was when they were singing on the Beach and ummm....what's his name..Sky or whatever....had his back to the camera...you could see his jaw move when they were in a part of the song where he was already done singing. THAT made me laugh!!

or when suddenly Christine Baranski was dancing in a scene then bam! she's taking a drink and next thing you know, she's dancing again...

or what about when Meryl Streep was singing out loud whilst kissing Pierce Brosnan?! haha

that movie was gayer than me!

Now...I did LAUGH when she was singing during the Kiss. Talk about multi-tasking!

I talked to a friend at a Korean War museum, and they are letting you borrow this for $5 a day, but you have to pay for the fuel.

Hi there ! acousticub August 5 2008, 15:16:41 UTC
You are kind of new to my frinds list and I havent commented on your posts yet. I'm one of those people who posts kind of sporadically.

Anyway,I think you are cute as a button. What I sweet and sexy pic. I am a huge ABBA fan, People are quick to write them off as fluff, but th writign and production are superb and impeccable, meaty and satisfying. I have have been resitant to Mamma Mia since it opened as a show at the Winter Garden theater in NY, probably for that reason, that I see it as furthering the ABBA fluff stereotype, when what I really want it for Benny & Bjorn to be recognized as the artistic geniuses they are.

BUT, it IS a celebration of thier music and it does have Meryl Streep, so I think my curiosty is beginign to outweigh my resistance. !

Well hello and thank you so so very much (and I really love YOUR music by the way)

I agree with you. Even if you take ABBA out of the picture, the Score for Chess is lush and dynamic. Benny & Bjorn are amazing composers.

Meryl Streep does a fine job. Even though she is not a singer, her renditions of the songs work really well within the character she is playing.

The movie IS fluff, but it's the kind of fluff that we need from time to time :)
