Does the big stamina hit solution still apply to very-strong/fit characters? I rather liked that way of handling it.

I have no idea what a "big stamina hit solution" is, but basically those characters that are very fit get to stay very fit within human levels.

The first solution to the power issue I saw posted was that characters would keep their strength but would become tired quickly. Thus basically getting hit in the stamina stat instead of in the strength.

But that works fine for me either way!

Oh, okay! I understand now. Just setting them at human power levels for those that are fit should be enough.

Would Nodoka's mind reading abilities be left as they are, or would they take a hit too? Because, even with them, there's no way she'd be able to survive alone? But I wanted to check just to make sure :3

They would get knocked down a bit! Instead of being able to clearly read thoughts, maybe she can get a very general idea of what people are thinking. So like, if a character is thinking Arby's, then she'll just know that they're hungry. Is that cool with you?

Yeah, that's cool! Thank you for clearing it up :]]

Okay, so if enhanced speed and strength are down to "badass for a human, but still human" levels, I get that. But besides being faster naturally, X also has a dash function that lets him get bursts of improved speed (basically he's got rocket boots). Would that still work -- like, would he be slowed up in general but still able to speed up in short bursts that may not be quite as fast of short bursts as he's used to?

Nope! No super speed at all, I'm afraid.

Got it, thanks!

A question from me, as well! Johnny's a vampire, he can turn into a cloud of bats and fly away. Is it safe to assume that he can't do that? Would he still be able to turn into bats? D:

Haha, no, he can't do either. What we're doing with shapeshifters is basically they can't do it perfectly, so...he probably wouldn't want to try it.

That's what I suspected. Thank you! :3

So am I correct in assuming that all powers other than those listed above remain in-tact, but are just severely downsized? Because Celty has a few things like her smoke and sythe that seem sort of bigger than they are, and I just want to be clear on the details.

tl;dr -- what I'm asking is, is there anything Celty won't be able to do in regards to her canon powers, or will everything just have lower power levels?

Much much lower! Think if she had those things in a video game, they would all be at level 1.
