Post Meg battle
takes place after the battle with meg, and the WIP between Sam and Alec
Sam felt he had to see his brother before he left to try and track Meg down. The trail was fresh and if he didn't want to lose her, he had to go.
But he also was afraid to face him. Sam couldn't imagine what Dean was going through at the moment, and had a feeling that if he even tried to talk to him about it, his head would have a nice bite taken out.
It had been that way for years now, after all. One lie after another to keep Dean safe, and not knowing the gap that it caused until it was too late.
So hoping to get out before Dean came back to Alec, Sam left the motel and started for where his car was parked. Ruby, I'm leaving to find Meg he sent out to her. Meet me at the car.
