Sam was at his brother's side, a silent hand on his back for just a moment to lend him strength, and then digging through the arsenal to find his weapons.

Ben had reached into the trunk and grabbed Sam's old painkiller bottle and shook two into his hand. Sam gave him a look and Ben just shrugged.

"Just in case," Ben stated, taking them.

Ben knew he might need to use the powers that no one really wanted him to, but if it was the make or break in saving Alec... yeah, no one was going to stop him.

Dean knew better than to comment. He didn't like what his brother and sons did with that stuff, but he was also the only one who didn't have them so he really didn't see himself as having a say. He just grabbed his gun, sliding the Colt against the small of his back just in case, and turning to close the trunk.

"You guys ready?"

"Yeah," Ben stated, checking to make sure he had a full clip of ammo and a spare before shoving the first clip into place. Sam had a gun in his pants, and a shotgun in his arms. Rocksalt shells were in his pocket to last him a few rounds.

"I'm good." He looked around. "Where's Jinx?"

Dean nodded up to the door that Alloces and Ruby had managed to get open and Jinx was darting in ahead of them, searching out his master and doing his job. Dean just followed their lead, giving Ruby and Alloces enough time to take care of whatever demons were in their way and charging ahead.
