James, out of SHEER WILL POWER, has dropped his ticklishness to only a few places. He used to be a lot more ticklish as a kid.

Tristran is totally ticklish.

Sora is too.

Seth is likely ticklish.

Cloud is probably secretly ticklish, but good luck to whoever tries to figure that one out.

Fakir is ticklish. Fortunately for his maintenance of his stoic image, no one has actually tried to tickle him since he was about six years old, and no one living is aware that Fakir is ticklish.

Teddy and Jake are ticklish. Tommy... won't say. Chell is a little (but she doesn't know it). The Heavy, John, and Barney aren't. Kreia won't say either, but she might have been when she was younger.
