today I came out of the COA building (concord council on aging?) and rode my bike around the parking lot and I could feel the wonderful warm sun, and I wondered how I ever feel sad. I remember now, of course, but it is good to know I forget

That quote about the doctor's office reminds me of when I almost blacked out at the vet clinic the first time I watched surgery.
