Beth has no fucking idea what she's doing outside. Sarah told her to stay inside, right before she went off with that tall Scottish kid and his big fucking dog. And Beth stayed. She stayed inside but pretty damn soon the walls of their hut start looking pretty fucking fragile

What the fuck was going on?

All Gideon knew was that the island had gone fucking nuts, and they had to get cover or something before they got their ass kicked by all the shit happening. After a lot of arguing, Gideon and Desmond decided to run for cover in the compound, which had to be safe.

Right?

There was someone in front of them. It took him a second to realize who it was. "Beth!"

"You know that girl?" Desmond asked, gasping for breath. Not from running, but from panic.

"Do you even know where we're going?" There were things all over the place - things he couldn't even start to describe - and he was just waiting for the dinosaurs.

When someone says her name, Beth pulls up, turning on her heels, the torch raised pretty high until she sees who it is, and lets it drop.

"Gideon. Jesus. What the fuck is going on, mate?"

"Do I look like I fucking know?" he asked. He could swear he heard stuff moving all around them, and shouting, and shit, this was like something out of a bad fucking horror movie. "Whatever the fuck it is, we have to get fucking out of here."

He looked between Desmond and Beth. "Desmond, Beth. Beth, Desmond. Now we all fucking know each other. Can we get the fuck moving before we get jumped by something?"
