Fleur shivered. She hated feeling helpless more than anything. She was usually able to figure out a way to fix everything, but this time, she failed. It was a hopeless case. Perhaps nothing could be done to save Bill.
A desperate feeling crowded her, and Fleur struggled to push down a wave of panic.
Blinking back tears, she trembled helplessly as the door opened.
A startled Neville Longbottom stared, “Fleur Delacour - what are you doing here?”
She whispered, “I need help.”
“Of course,” Neville said without hesitation, “come in.”
For the first time today, Fleur felt the warm spring sun.
