Just a heads up about reminders - I usually do one at the halfway point (10 days), and then one a week before the deadline, and then a last one 2 days before icons are due (and the last one only if we still have a bunch of people who haven't submitted their icons). And I usually delete the previous reminder when I post a new one so the page doesn't get crowded. :)
