Oh god, this is just... This is absolutely perfect. It's so stunning and gorgeous and I just - I can't get my breath back. You've made my heart ache in the best of ways. I kept hoping that he was wrong, that somehow there was a mistake, or maybe Adam's the son of Ares or something after he took down the hellhound but just. God, this is so painfully beautiful and raw. I absolutely love it. Thanks for sharing! ♥

Thank you so very much for this comment, I'm glad you liked the story I offered here. I worked really hard on it and the language I used in it. I'm glad I could make your heart ache in the good way. I'm glad you loved it, and I'm so glad you told me it worked for you.

I'm sorry I broke your heart. *hands over the duct tape* I'm glad you loved it anyway though.

Just soooo painful, but beautiful. The depth of feeling was not at all what I expected from the Percy summary. I loved it!!

Yeah, unfortunately summaries are not the strong part of my writing and I didn't want to write a summary that sort of ruined the sense of suspense in the story. I'm glad you loved it though. The universe was very fun to play in and I think I'm definitely going to have to write more in this verse.

I like the fics like this that have a lil less of the happily ever after. Imperfections are the threads that weave the blanket of life.

Yeah, it would have been hard to give them a happy ending, at least at the place they are now. I have a happier ending in mind for the sequel, but that's very much it's own story. Thanks for reading.
