Oh god, this is just... This is absolutely perfect. It's so stunning and gorgeous and I just - I can't get my breath back. You've made my heart ache in the best of ways. I kept hoping that he was wrong, that somehow there was a mistake, or maybe Adam's the son of Ares or something after he took down the hellhound but just. God, this is so painfully beautiful and raw. Just soooo painful, but beautiful. The depth of feeling was not at all what I expected from the Percy summary. I loved it!!

Yeah, unfortunately summaries are not the strong part of my writing and I didn't want to write a summary that sort of ruined the sense of suspense in the story. I'm glad you loved it though. The universe was very fun to play in and I think I'm definitely going to have to write more in this verse.

Yeah, it would have been hard to give them a happy ending, at least at the place they are now. I have a happier ending in mind for the sequel, but that's very much it's own story. Thanks for reading.
