well my easter weekend was full of much boaty action,,Lindor bunnies and the Matt smith as the brillant new Doctor,but Monday I slipped getting back on the boat out on my own,miles from anywhere,my foot slipped into a pothole hidden by grass,I twisted my knee round 90 degrees,dislocated it,fell forward and nearly head ways into the canal and under

oh goodness, how horrible! But well done you. Lesser mortals (such as me!) would probably still be out there lying in the mud. It seems to have been the year for leg injuries what with 3 people I know of falling on the ice and now you doing this :( I hope things improve speedily for you.

I was more worried about the boat when I dragged myself back aboard,was only as the pain increased I started to take stock of my injuries,got a sore back, ribs and a sprained ankle a part of my list,well I survied reasonably unscathed from winter and the only knee bruising was on the left knee mainly,this time its the right one,or good one as I normally refer to,just cancelled my Whitby caravan site pitch as I'm not really up for heavy goth boots for a few months!
