Asthma

 I'm having my first bad asthma attack for over six months.

I've been increasing my exercise and that's been helping, but the fog for the last few days has been really bad.

The fog traps all the air pollution and I'm very wheezy.

I've had to take a course of steroids and that means in turn that I can't sleep (awake at 3am last night trying to decipher

I am sorry to hear you suffer. Yes, there are really big problems with the pollution here too, some plants even have to limit their producion in industrial towns and areas.
Which is not here, almost no industry where I live. Still the inversion has affected us too. I am relatively fine, my ventolin always helps. However it is such an unpleasant cold, it can get literally under your skin.
Asthma is bad and the side effects of steroids are not better. Let´s hope the weather changes to something positive!
Mind you, London is not as bad as our capital city Prague and the worst situation is in the industrial heart of the country around Ostrava. The concentration of the mines and plants is enormous and nothing can actually change it. Our economy would collapse without it...
