I just got a note from BT:
We'd also like to make you aware of some changes to our prices, terms and conditions, effective from 1st April 2010. These include changing what we define as the evening call period for all types of calls: at the moment from 6pm-6am, but changing to 7pm-7am. I switched over to Onetel for my calls but would quite like to find a company which has a good rate to Cyprus...

Gosh. That company you directed us to says I can have 1p per minute to landlines. Excellent.

18185 do 1p/min to a Cyprus landline - you may be able to use them alongside Onetel. You'll need to check the website. (they're a pre-select dialler)
