Last night I started CERT Training aka Community Emergency Response Team or folks who are trained to help in a disaster.  It's something I thought was a good idea, but never did because I thought that perhaps I needed to be more physically fit

They had a course for that around here last fall, but I decided I'd better not just yet, since it was starting when I was about 8.99 months pregnant. :P

It's a really great idea, I think situations in recent history have shown that if people can do for themselves for at least a short time, everything goes much better and more safely. Yay for CERT!

I hope you do take a course when you're able.

Certainly around here there's a 100% chance of a major earthquake in the next 50 years.
