Evil mom doomed ducklings

Okay now I know I'm an bad mom, because this series of doomed ducklings made me laugh out. I think mostly because I think it's a twisted metaphor for motherhood. You try to get your ducklings safely across the street. You're looking for traffic and all kinds of other bad things, but you miss the grating, because it doesn't really affect you.
