I believe at Asylum Jim said he was in the first two episodes. Which of course does imply a time jump. (I believe Misah is in the first 2 eps as well).
Misha has been listed gain as a series regular on the show publciity released. That means a possible 17 epsiodes - but of course how many and how much remaisn to be seen.
Aaaaagh, I am NERVOUS about the idea of a possible time jump, unless maybe "a very long time" just means the few months between now and September. XD I trust the show, obviously, but... aaaagh, it's SO HARD to do that sort of thing well, especially in a medium like television. I expect we will have another Very Special Flashback Episode if that happens, though, which could be cool.
Yeah, I saw that they listed Misha as one of the stars, but I wasn't totally sure if that bit was possibly just recycled from last year or not. I know that they didn't use him in all the episodes they contracted him for in S5, which seems like a waste when you're on the CW's shoestring budget, but then, I don't pretend to know much about the myriad inner workings of TV production. So who knows! *hands*
Yes, the "regular" thing with Misha means up to 17 eps, but could be anything. I am intrigued as to the role he will play, becasue he has such powers now, well if he's around to much he can just save them all the time. I am thinking maybe there might again be some situaion where they are if not exactly in conflict with Cas, then at least at cross purposes. Or maybe Heaven will just keep him busy.
I am wondering whether maybe we'll see Sam with Bobby, but not Dean? And then maybe Bobby is kidnapped by pixies and they spend the season looking for him!
I'm guessing I'm the only person here who cheered when Castiel died lol. As much as I love Misha, I loathe Castiel and was fervently hoping for an angeless 6th season. Alas, it seems I am doomed to disappointment where Cas is concerned...
Not impressed Castiel's back either! It just seems a bit weird now the apocalypse is over, if they found a way to make it work i'd get it, but i don't want to see him in loads of episodes it throws the dynamic for me.
