Tutorial #5 - Heroes(Peter)
This tut was requested by original_pink and made using PS7. It uses selctive color, so it's not transferable to PSP. Sorry. :(
Go from this:
to this:
1. Duplicate your base layer and set it to Screen 100%

2. Flatten.
3. Go to Image - adjustments - variations and click lighten twice.

4. Create a new selective color layer.
Red
Cyan: -50
Magenta: 0
Yellow: +100
Black: 0

5. Create a new Brightness/Contrast layer
Brightness: +9
Contrast : +14

6. Flatten and you're done!
