So, any plans to become An in the near future?
I just got back from a great vacaction! My friend Sara and I headed up to Nikko for about 5 days. I'm exhausted! We were on the train 14 hours yesterday. Ouch. Worth it though, considering we saved a couple of hundred bucks by using ju hatchi kippu rather than going Shinkansen. Gotta love Japan's public transit: 10 transfers and every train on time. It snowed up there yestrerday when we were on our way out though! Ick. Glad to be back in Himeji with the budding sakura. How's your spring break going so far?

My break's been boring, but good. I'm glad to have the lapse in work even if I am bored out of my mind. It'll be hard going back to work on Monday. :( I'd rather be bored than teaching. Heh. At least it won't be as hard to come up with stuff this time around. I'm not a total newbie anymore. :D

I know someone who named their kid Jazmyn rather than Jasmine. I just don't see the point really.

I have a somewhat unusual name myself and I kind of like being the only Darcy most of the time. On the other hand I don't know how far out I'd go in naming my kids....

I feel weird that the other people who responded didn't use icons.

The other two commenters are just lazy. They don't have icons because they only have journals to keep in touch with me. It's kind of touching, really.

Darcy is a good name. It's rare, but it's normal. Jazmyn looks very strange. But Esperanto fans would approve.
