Yeah, so, I know like... 98% of you either hate or couldn't give a crap about those three blonde brothers who sing MMMBop. But if you like music, you still might find this interesting ( Read more... )

I'm such a bad fan I'm not even 100% sure I've heard of that before. lol.

And as for the list of artists, the only one I recognized beyond the ones you did was Keaton Simons. He opened for Hanson the last time I saw them. His album (at least the songs I've heard) are really good, but I was disappointed in him live. (let me know if you want me to upload a song or two)

Oh! And Shannon Curfman! She's a bluesy type singer who came out in the late nineties I think. She was only 17 when her album came out and I was obsessed with teen singers at the time thanks to Hanson, lol. I think I still have her album, she really does have a powerful and amazing voice.

Now I'm off to watch the vids. Can't wait to hear Devil's Nachos. lol

Stumbled upon your post after searching for more Fool's Banquet 2009 info (if there's any). I know they did a collaboration with Jars of Clay frontman Dan Haseltine in FB 2007, and there were three songs out of that: Beautiful Girl (It's Alive), Silent Ride and Either Side with Haseltine on vocals. I'm a fan of both Hanson & Jars so this was really something for me.

Other songs done that year was: The Space Between (Sarah McCracken and Taylor) and Book Down in the Basement (Stephen Trask, Peter Yanowitz, Taylor). In FB 2008 I heard they wrote "Story of your life" with Jason Mraz and it was recorded by To Have Heroes but I haven't verified that (although I've heard the song). Cheers!
